Purchased a vehicle out right. Within a couple weeks, had transmission issues. Called Doug up. He wasted no time to figuring out the problem. Took it to a transmission shop for diagnostics. Come to find out, it was a problem with the transmission and a usual defect with this certain vehicle that neither of us were aware of. He gave me several options, to make this right. Eventually, he bought the vehicle back. Would highly recommend. Outstanding customer service!
